    Meet the Founder: Donald Masimbi, MSc

    Donald is an economist, researcher, and assistant lecturer at Kibogora Polytechnic, with extensive experience in teaching, supervision, and consulting. His work spans macroeconomic policy, financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and academic support. Through MDS Consultancy, he combines his academic background with practical community engagement to support development across Rwanda and Africa.
